1. Sterilize (autoclave 135°C), select blade (6.8/8.5/9.5cm).

2. Adjust silicone ring, assemble left/right config.
3. Insert blades, ratchet open for retraction.
4. Use grooved blade for ET tube hold.
5. Release slowly, clean & store sterile.
